Alaska Addiction Rehabilitation Services, Inc. (AARS) is located on 116 acres at Point Mackenzie in the scenic Mat-Su Borough, a property referred to as Nugen’s Ranch. AARS is the owner and operator of it. Nugen’s Ranch is home to AARS’ treatment facilities, multiple hay fields, expansive vegetable gardens, livestock shelters, chicken coops, and two large greenhouses. Additionally, AARS utilizes “Nugen's Ranch” as the brand for its ranch products and produce.
