Nugen’s Ranch sits on 116 acres at Point Mackenzie in the beautiful Mat-Su Borough and is owned and operated by Alaska Addiction Rehabilitation Services, Inc. (AARS). This property is home to AARS’ treatment facility, several hay fields, large vegetable gardens, livestock pens, chicken coops, and a large year-round greenhouse.

Our livestock includes pigs, cows and chickens, providing year-round sustainable food for our treatment facility -- and you!
